Most of our relationships involve small to medium-sized businesses, and it’s a choice that has always been intentional. We love partnering with clients who run companies of this size—clients who are fully devoted to their professional purpose and those they serve. They motivate and inspire us on a daily basis and are a big reason why we love our jobs so much.CATCON Logo

We have the privilege of working with exceptionally talented and creative people. Who are they? Why are they great? What do we do for them? From time to time, we highlight some of our favorite clients and share some of the ways we’ve been able to help them with their accounting tasks to free up time and energy to effectively operate their businesses.

Rebuilding Coast to Coast

CATCON is a nationally licensed general contractor specializing in multifamily, municipal, and commercial renovation and restoration projects. They take pride in their quick response and effective solutions to even the most difficult scenarios brought to them. Even though CATCON has clients across the country, the team approaches each project with the same personal goal: complete each job as efficiently and economically as possible – with integrity. Their success is due in large part to the relationships built with clients. Acting as a long-term partner and a valuable resource, CATCON offers unparalleled service and attention.

After an initial analysis, our goal with CATCON was to leverage technology and streamline internal processes. To expedite the approval of subcontractor bills, we implemented bill.com into their workflow. This helped project managers across the country verify completed work on site rather than back at their desks. The transparency also provided senior management complete visibility into each project that made for quick bill approval. We appreciate creating new processes to alleviate client pain points and bring simplicity to their lives. We look forward to working with CATCON as they continue to grow their business and reputation.
